Heather Roell (Oshman) is a parent of a third-grader and first-grader in North Austin and serves on the PTA for their school. She volunteers at Dell Children’s Hospital in the Heart Wing, as a Girl Scout troop leader, and is the former president of The Children’s Heart Foundation-Texas Chapter.
