Walter M. “Walt” Mischer Jr., a partner at Mischer Investments, L.P., has been involved in real estate development since 1975. He is also President of Mischer Healthcare Services, a developer of healthcare facilities, a partner and cofounder of Belmont Village Assisted Living Communities and chairman and cofounder of RediClinic, LLC., which operates ‘convenient care’ clinics located in H-E-B stores. He is co-chair of the Texas Transportation Alliance.
Lawmakers need to stop these discussions to cut billions in highway funding. Texas voters are counting on them. The Legislature needs to keep its promise to improve mobility and safety for Texas drivers.
